Description
The AK430 has a large diameter 2.5-ton rotor, spinning at 1000rpm. This shredder is a high output machine which can process up to 40 tph and produces an accurate, consistent shred size of 40mm – 400mm (depending on configuration).
These machines are capable of tackling organic waste, wood, and general waste as a single-stage shredder, but when used in tandem with a slow speed shredder, they are able to process more difficult materials, such as tyres, mattresses and tree roots.
The AK430 has a load-sensing scraper floor. This mechanism brings the material to the roller, which then forwards the material to the grinding chamber.
