Recruitment Process
  • Stage 1: Candidate application - via our website, external job board, LinkedIn, employee referral or through an agency. 
  • Stage 2: Shortlisting of candidates through a telephone interview stage.
  • Stage 3: Structured competency-based face-to-face interview.
  • Stage 4: The successful candidate will receive an offer letter, and we will arrange your start date.
