Business Support

The CRJ Services Business Support team look after the Human Resources function of the business, encompassing employee wellbeing, talent recruitment, training and development, performance management, company culture and administration.

CRJ Services takes the wellbeing of our staff very seriously and is committed to making CRJ a great place to work to attract and retain a talented workforce. Aside from their HR function, the Business Support team play a critical role in acquisition and maintenance of accreditations for the wider business, including but not limited to ISO accreditations, SSIP SMAS Worksafe Contractor and Alcumus Worksafe Contractor statuses.
