The CRJ Sales team is in the field throughout the UK and Ireland, each covering their own area. Their role is to meet with our customers and prospects to discuss their equipment requirements and guide them through the process of purchasing their machinery or arranging their hire, offering their expertise and experience to ensure our solutions help clients achieve their goals and objectives.
With over 100 machines in the CRJ Hire fleet, the hire desk is a hub of activity, with team members busy supporting our customers in a variety of ways. From speaking with customers to establish their equipment needs and desired results, to working with our transport department to ensure machines are delivered on time, and ensuring our customers are supported throughout the duration of their hire. A role within the hires team is varied and fast-paced.
The third division within the sales team is our CRJ Parts team. This team is briming with knowledge of the extensive range of spare and wear parts we offer across industry leading material processing machinery. The parts team role is to be assisting our customers with identifying the parts our customer requires to keep their machinery and operation running smoothly. Working closely with our stores team to ensure the correct parts are delivered to our customers quickly.
Our marketing team support the various sales teams and wider business with the tools they need to best deliver an informative and professional service. Their role is to promote the various services offered by CRJ Services, generating leads for the sales team, and keeping our customer informed about new and existing products and company news. This is done through various marketing channels including, digital (website, social media, and email), events, print advertising, promotional materials, and direct mail.
