CRJ offer mobile hammermill hire with the Haas Arthos. Formerly known as the HSZ, the Haas Arthos Hammermill has been a popular secondary shredder within the hammermill sector for many years. For this reason, the Haas engineers have now succeeded in adapting the static hammermill into a tracked mobile version.
Much like the static version, the mobile version is the ideal solution for the shredding of waste wood and green waste. The hammermill is a versatile machine, and can also tackle materials such as shavings, moulding shavings and biomass. As well as PVC window frames, bulky and industrial waste, PVC profiles and pipes.
The ballistic chute automatically ejects any impurities in the input material. Therefore, the hammermill doesn't need to be stopped for the impurities to be expelled. This gives the Arthos a large advantage over other hammermill machines in the indsutry. As a result, downtime is significantly minimized and costs reduced! This system has been in stationary use for several thousand operating hours at many well-known power stations and in the chipboard industry worldwide.
Another highlight of the HAAS hammermill is the very simple screen exchange. This allows the operator to change the screen basket within a very short time frame, thanks to the hydraulic opening. Consequently, the operator can change the spec of the output material with minimal downtime.
- Green / Organic Waste.
- Bulky Waste.
- C&I (commercial and industrial) Waste.
- PVC Profiles / Plastic Window Frames.
*All input material must be pre-shredded.
